Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our website and programs. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes:
Supabase, our database and secure login provider, which stores assessment and program records. This data is hosted in Sydney, Australia.
Resend, which delivers transactional emails such as your login link and program communications.
Kit (operated by ConvertKit LLC), our subscriber management platform, which stores your name, email address, and relevant tags such as your diagnostic profile.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
Program participants
Where you participate in an EXCEED Leadership program, we collect and store additional information as part of your program record, including your assessment results, progression through the program, and 360 assessor feedback received on your behalf.
360 assessors: When a participant nominates people to provide 360 feedback, we collect each assessor's name and email address to send the request, and the responses they provide. Scores are shown to the participant only in aggregated form, and written comments are shown without identifying which assessor provided them. Individual assessors are not identified to the participant.
Company-funded programs: Where your participation is funded by your employer or organisation, both your individual assessment results (including dimension scores and leadership profile) and cohort-level aggregate data will be shared with a designated contact at that organisation. This is disclosed to you before you begin any assessment and forms part of the program agreement between Executive Excellence Group and your organisation.
Research: Assessment data may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to validate and improve the EXCEED Leadership program and its underlying methodology. No individual is identifiable in any research output, and no raw individual data is disclosed to any third party for research purposes.
Program participant data is retained for the duration of the program and for three years following its conclusion, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Overseas disclosure
Your core assessment and program data is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia, and does not leave the country. Two of our providers are based in the United States: Kit (ConvertKit LLC), our subscriber platform, and Resend, which delivers our transactional email. By providing your information, you acknowledge that the data handled by these two providers may be stored and processed in the United States. Each maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Access to subscriber data is restricted to authorised personnel and contractors working directly on EEG systems under confidentiality obligations.
Newsletter subscribers: we retain your information for as long as you remain a subscriber. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Program participants: assessment results and program records are retained for the duration of your program and for three years following its conclusion, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time
Request deletion of your information from our records
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@execexcellence.com.au.
